The apartment is very large (140 square meters - 1510 square feet) and well organized, with a separate sleeping area and two large covered terraces (36 sqm), which allow a good privacy to all guests. The presence of 3 bathrooms, one for each of the 3 bedrooms, is a great convenience for guests. The large covered terrace on the river is south-facing, sheltered from the winds, making it possible to live outdoors for most months of the year. The terrace has a seating area (with chairs and sofas) and a dining area connected to the kitchen, with a table for 6-8 people.
All services are centralized (heating, air conditioning, hot water), so you will not have to worry about anything. All rooms have air conditioning with separate thermostats H24. The price includes the use of the garage (you must ask for the garage when booking).
