The apartment is in a residential area where he lives the Florentine bourgeoisie. The prices are very affordable and there are all kinds of shops. Public transport is efficient (the bus stop is under the house), although to reach the center of the city you can walk along the river Arno. We are 500 meters from the point where the tour buses stop to start walking tour of downtown (closed to traffic). In front of you there is the park that follows the course of the Arno river with picnic areas for games, bike paths, restaurants and bars. In summer there are kiosks and open air restaurants. Near the apartment there are some restaurants on the river.

In the area there is a public swimming pool (400 metres) and some tennis courts.
