We are a large family that lives in the heart of Chianti. We rent our apartments in the city (Florence) to selected groups of tourists lovers of Tuscany.

You can book through major distribution channels or directly without agency commissions by filling in the form on this page.
With direct booking you generally save 15-20% and you can book with a small advance (refundable in case of cancellation before 60 days of arrival in Florence). 

You can book your vacation well in advance, choosing the best periods.Pour a small advance now with your credit card.  The balance will be paid upon arrival also with credit card.  We formalize all the conditions of the lease with a contract.

Typically our apartments are booked 8-12 months in advance. Only with this advance notice is it generally possible to find availability for the most requested periods (from April to October and for the Christmas holidays).

ATTENTION: If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, check your junk mail or write directly to our e-mail address (apt.colombo@outlook.com). We generally respond within 2-3 hours and more rarely within 12 hours (due to the different time zone for requests received during the night in Italy)
